L'Aqua, was renovated in winter 2009 by renowned designer Michael McCann of Dreamtime Australia Design, creating a new and exciting venue option for Sydney.

Heiner Volkens, Executive Chef - Venues has now created new event menus based on restaurant style cuisine that will match the brand new venue upon re -opening. The emphasis is placed upon fresh ingredients that are presented to our guests perfect every time.   

L'Aqua is a unique venue for any style of special event, conference, product launch or cocktail party and Heiner has created menus to suit all.

At L'Aqua we are also able to provide specially created menus where a theme or dietary requirement is needed.

With superb food, outstanding service and the best harbour views, L'Aqua provides a sanctuary in which to escape the everyday hustle and bustle and truly experience dining at a higher level.
